<p>Puji has been working in Malaysia for 7 months. She has never come to Indonesia since she worked in Malaysia. She did not know the way to return to Indonesia. Puji said to her husband, Irwan, that she want to back home because she was often hit by her employer.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Nur Hayati have returned to Indonesia successfully. However, she was suffering a heavy depression as the effects of the violence for her employer in Bahrain. She said that she did not want to return to Bahrain again.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Indonesian Migrant Workers Union (IMWU) prosecuted Indonesian government related with the protection of Indonesian migrant workers because effect of world economical crisis. Economical crisis which was happening in America gave the impacts to all aspect in the world.  The fulfillment of cheap labor is one of the effects of economical crisis.</p>
<p>The Revision of acts number 39/2004 about Placement and Protection for Indonesia Migrant Workers was refused by IMWU. IMWU conjectured that it will cause the government ignore their responsibility in protection and placement of the Indonesian migrant workers.</p>
<p>The prosecute of IMWU were :<br />
1.	Ratify The Convention of United Nation year 1990 about The Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers Rights and     Their Families.<br />
2.	The revision of Acts number 39/2004 must be refer to The Convention of United Nation year 1990.<br />
3.	The United Labor and Organization of Indonesian Migrant Workers must be<br />
4.	Blacklist the employers and agencies who extorted the Indonesian migrant workers<br />
5.	Cut the cost of agencies become HK$ 9.000 for Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong<br />
6.	Stop Underpayment<br />
7.	Disband the terminal III and IV</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Syafi’i, the Indonesian guest worker from Bojonegoro who died in Malaysia because had a toothache was buried in his village, Sukosewu. His corpse arrived on Tuesday at 10.45 PM. It was accompanied by the officers of Andromeda Graha agency.</p>
<p>Head of Manpower and Transmigration Institution of Bojonegoro, Bambang Budi Susanto, said that his party could not guarantee that his heir would be receiving compensation from the government.</p>
<p>He said that Syafi’i departed to Malaysia not trough Manpower and Transmigration Institution of Bojonegoro, so that he could not gave the guarantee. All the process of departing was done by Andromeda Graha Agency.</p>
<p>Bambang said that his party tried to check the process of departing. He would be trying to ask the responsibility to agency which was departing him.</p>

He said that the embassy of Republic of Indonesia knew the tragedy from the police local. The suitcase and the clothes which was dotted about were founded in her employer’s house. Her employers were not at their apartment when the tragedy happened. Her employers was going on vacation.</p>
<p>She have worked in Egypt since April 2008. Actually, Egypt government did not allow household  immigrant workers to come to that country. Danang admitted that there are several workers from Indonesia work on household.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Ambassador of Indonesia for Malaysia, Da’i Bachtiar asked the Indonesian guest workers who worked in Malaysia to learn from the tragedy of sinking ship. Tugboat which brought hundreds Indonesian guest workers was sinking in Malaysia. At least 11 died on this tragedy.</p>
<p>They wanted to go back to Indonesia to celebrate Iedul Fitri, but fate is not on their side. Da’i Bachtiar hope this tragedy would not repeat. He appreciated the action of Malaysian Government for the cooperation to help these Indonesian guest workers.</p>
<p>The Embassy of Indonesia in Malaysia would be meeting all expenses for funeral and medical treatment. The Indonesian guest workers who saved from the accident would be returned back to Indonesia.</p>
<p>Da’i said that his party would be playing along with the police and immigration institution to return them  back to Indonesia.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The number of 16 illegal Indonesian guest workers were forced to go back to Indonesia by Malaysian government. They came from Sumenep, Madura, East Java. They arrived to Tanjung Perak Port, Surabaya on last week.</p>
<p>They were given money by Manpower Institution of Sumenep to go back to their village. They could get this money by shows memo from Manpower Institution of East Java Province.</p>
<p>One of the Indonesian guest workers who was forced to go back, Samsuri, said that he had worked in Malaysia for 3 months. Her salary was Rp 150 thousands per day. He was arrested on 19 June by Malaysian police. He also admitted that his money which was earned was gone when he was arrested.</p>

<p>Chief of Seremban Police, Negeri Sembilan, Saiful Azly Kamaruddin, said that the victim had a heavily injured in her mouth and throat. Her ears were bleeding too. She could not talk because her mouth was salivating.</p>
<p>According to the report, the age of this Indonesia guest was 25 years old, but it did not mention her identity. She lived in Taman Desa Melati with her employer. She is still nursing at the hospital now.</p>
<p>Manpower Staff of Republic of Indonesia Embassy, Teguh H Cahyono, said that his party would be taking some action to this case when he was contacted. He would be looking for her name and her identity.</p>

<p>Head of Service and Supervision of Indonesian guest workers in Malaysia, Amirudin, said that his party would be asking the agency which was departed her to Malaysia. He also said that he would be asking her employer too to help Pujianti get her rights. Malaysian police have already arrested her employer now.</p>

<p>Sometimes she had not ate from her employer. Not only Hariana who got bad treatment from the employer. The another Indonesian guest workers, Erik, had had experienced violence from warder in Malaysia. They hit him if he could not exercise.</p>
<p>Secretary General of Social Department, Alex Triono said that these Indonesian guest workers were deported from Malaysia because they did not have the legal documents. Before sent them back to Indonesia, they were arrested in Lokap Kota Tinggi, Malaysia for 1 month.</p>
<p>They were departed from Pasir Gudang Port, New Johor, Malaysia by ferry to Tanjung Pinang, Tanjung Priok, and Tanjung Perak.</p>
